Code of Conduct

The PHPBali Community is consists of various people from various backgrounds who have passion and enthusiastic about tech community ecosystem, and we want to ensure our community will remain a welcoming and safe environment to those who wants to be a part of it.

As a friendly community, our gathering time is an opportunity for our member to show off what’s the best they could do. We will always be there to encourage our members to do self-improvement, accept each other for who they are, and motivate them to become a people they want to be.

Based on that purpose, if you attend to any event held by PHPBali (whether you come as an attendee, event organizer, sponsor, or speaker), then you are agree and have to follow our code of conduct:

PHPBali is dedicating to providing an experiences free of harassment and nuisance for everyone during all of our events. We do not tolerate harassment and nuisance in any form.

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience includes including people of many different backgrounds.

Be kind and respectful towards others. Remember that harassment words and actions are not appropriate for events supported by PHPBali.
